These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Member", "you", "your") and g777 ("the Company", "g777", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at g777.vu ("the Platform"). The creation of multiple accounts by the same person, whether using the same or different identity credentials, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. g777 employs technical and manual controls to identify duplicate accounts, which will be suspended and subject to balance review without notice.
To create an Account on g777, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested on the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile telephone number. You warrant that all information provided to g777 at registration and at any time thereafter is truthful and up to date.
g777 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering standards. You agree to provide such documents as g777 may reasonably request to verify your identity, address, and source of funds. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframes specified by g777 will result in restrictions on your Account, including an inability to withdraw funds.
It is your responsibility to maintain the accuracy of your Account information at all times. If any information changes, you must update your Account profile promptly. g777 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated Account information provided by you.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the g777 support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable period, and any withdrawable balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your nominated payment method, subject to the completion of any pending KYC or verification requirements.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your g777 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. g777 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
You agree to notify g777 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. Until g777 receives such notification and has had a reasonable opportunity to act upon it, you remain liable for all activity conducted on your Account. g777 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to exercise reasonable care in protecting your credentials.

We will notify you via your registered email or mobile number when such a suspension occurs and will provide instructions for verifying your identity to restore Account access.
g777 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, Visa, and MasterCard. g777 reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to Members.
The minimum deposit amount on g777 is PKR 200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account. Specific minimum deposit amounts may apply to certain promotions and will be stated clearly in the relevant promotion terms.
JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are generally credited to your g777 Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon clearance of funds, which typically occurs within one (1) business day. g777 accepts no liability for delays in credit that are attributable to the payment provider or the banking system.
You must only deposit funds that you own legally and that are entirely free from any encumbrance. Depositing funds that are derived from criminal activity, belong to a third party, or are otherwise obtained unlawfully constitutes a serious breach of this Agreement and may be reported to relevant authorities. g777 cooperates fully with anti-money laundering investigations.
g777 provides deposit limit tools that allow you to set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps on your Account. You are encouraged to set limits that reflect responsible gambling behaviour. Increases to deposit limits may be subject to a cooling-off period of up to 7 days before taking effect. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately upon your request.
You may request a withdrawal of Real Money funds from your g777 Account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Bonus Credit that has not met applicable wagering requirements is not withdrawable. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until all mandatory KYC verification requirements for your Account have been completed to g777's satisfaction.
g777 is committed to fast withdrawal processing. Indicative processing timeframes are as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed within 30 minutes of approval during operational hours; HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank transfers are processed within the same business day for approved requests received before 15:00 PKT. These timeframes are indicative and may be extended where additional verification is required or due to factors beyond g777's reasonable control.
The minimum withdrawal amount on g777 is PKR 500. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed. Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day may apply and will be communicated to you in your Account dashboard.
For the purposes of anti-money laundering compliance, g777 requires that withdrawals be made to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible, g777 may require additional verification before processing a withdrawal to an alternative payment instrument.
g777 reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request in the following circumstances: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse; (c) a relevant bonus wagering requirement has not been met; (d) the Account is under investigation. Where a withdrawal is refused or delayed, g777 will communicate the reason to you as promptly as reasonably practicable.
All bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes offered by g777 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and this Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail unless the promotion-specific terms expressly state otherwise.
Bonus Credit awarded under any g777 promotion is subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before the Bonus Credit or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn as Real Money. Wagering requirements, applicable game contributions, minimum odds, maximum bet per transaction while a bonus is active, and validity periods will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Credit and any associated winnings.
g777 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using technical strategies that mathematically guarantee bonus conversion regardless of outcome; staking against oneself across multiple accounts; and any other conduct that exploits promotional mechanics in a manner not consistent with genuine recreational gaming. Where bonus abuse is determined, g777 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus and associated winnings, restrict Account access, and pursue recovery of any funds withdrawn as a result of such abuse.
g777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect the terms applicable to Bonus Credit already claimed by a Member prior to the modification.
All games available on the g777 Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game category, which are made available within the game interface. These game-specific rules form part of this Agreement and must be read in conjunction with it. In all matters of game outcome interpretation, g777's decision, following a fair and thorough review, shall be final and binding.
g777 uses independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Live dealer games are operated by professional studios under independent regulatory oversight. Certified RTP (Return to Player) figures for all slot and RNG table games are available within the relevant game information panel.
In the event of a technical fault, connection failure, or software malfunction that interrupts a game in progress, g777 will make all reasonable efforts to determine the correct outcome of the interrupted game based on available system records. Where this is not possible, the stake will be returned to the Member. g777 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures that are outside its reasonable control, including failures attributable to third-party software providers, network infrastructure, or the Member's own device or internet connection.
Bets placed after a market has closed, bets placed at prices that were clearly erroneous due to technical or human error, and bets placed on events whose outcome was already known at the time of placement will be declared void and stakes returned, regardless of the displayed outcome.
g777 provides all Members with access to responsible gaming tools directly from their Account dashboard. These tools include: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly); session time reminders and automatic session duration limits; loss limits; reality check notifications at defined intervals; cooling-off periods (temporary Account suspension of 1 to 90 days); and permanent self-exclusion from the g777 Platform.
Any Member who wishes to self-exclude from g777 may do so at any time by activating the self-exclusion tool in their Account dashboard or by contacting the g777 support team directly. Once self-exclusion is activated, it takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed for the duration of the self-exclusion period selected. g777 will use reasonable technical measures to prevent excluded Members from accessing the Platform during the exclusion period, but cannot guarantee prevention of access if a Member circumvents these measures using different credentials or devices.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the g777 Platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:
Where g777 determines that any of the above prohibited conduct has occurred, g777 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant Account(s), forfeit all balances, reverse any withdrawals processed as a result of the conduct, take legal action to recover funds, and report the conduct to relevant law enforcement and regulatory authorities.
All intellectual property rights in and to the g777 Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, database structure, design elements, logos, trademarks, game artwork, and all other content ("g777 Content"), are owned by or licensed to g777. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any rights in or to g777 Content beyond a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works of, sell, or otherwise exploit any g777 Content without the prior written consent of g777. Any unauthorised use of g777 Content constitutes an infringement of g777's intellectual property rights and may give rise to legal action.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, g777, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR: (A) ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM; (B) ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL; (C) LOSSES ARISING FROM THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT PROVIDERS, GAME STUDIOS, OR NETWORK OPERATORS; (D) LOSSES ARISING FROM EVENTS OUTSIDE g777'S REASONABLE CONTROL INCLUDING FORCE MAJEURE EVENTS.
g777's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this clause excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by g777's negligence, or fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data by g777 is governed by the g777 Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account on g777, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.
g777 collects and processes personal data for the purposes of: Account management and service delivery; identity verification and KYC compliance; payment processing; fraud prevention and security monitoring; responsible gaming compliance; and marketing communications (where consent has been provided separately). g777 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third parties only where necessary to deliver services, comply with legal obligations, or with your explicit consent.
g777 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace this Agreement at any time. Where amendments are material, g777 will provide notice via email to your registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The effective date of any amendment will be clearly stated. Your continued use of the g777 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the amended Agreement, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date.
Amendments that are required to comply with applicable law, regulatory requirements, or urgent security obligations may take effect immediately without prior notice where it is not reasonably practicable to provide advance notice.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws under which g777 holds its gaming compliance authorisation. The Platform operates under internationally recognised gaming compliance standards.
In the event of a dispute between you and g777, you must first submit a written complaint to the g777 customer support team via the support email address provided in Section 16. g777 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days. We encourage all Members to use this informal process in the first instance, as the majority of disputes can be resolved quickly and satisfactorily without the need for formal proceedings.
If your dispute cannot be resolved through the informal process described above within 14 days of submission, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body specified in g777's licensing documentation. g777 will cooperate fully with any such external review process. Decisions of an external dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties.
All complaints relating to game outcomes, including live dealer decisions, RNG results, and sports betting market settlements, must be raised within 30 days of the relevant game or event. Disputes raised outside this window will not be considered. g777 reviews all game outcome complaints against available server-side records and, where applicable, video footage.
